What I appreciated most was the warm and professional attitude of the receptionist, incredibly welcoming.

I had an amazing experience at Yialos Studios in Agistri and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant getaway. The rooms were spotless — cleaned to perfection every day — and the entire property was extremely well maintained. The level of cleanliness was truly impressive.

What made our stay even more special was the exceptional hospitality. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. A special mention goes to Maria, one of the waitresses, who was simply outstanding. She was not only professional and attentive, but also incredibly warm and cheerful — a real joy to be around. Her kindness and great sense of humor truly made us feel at home.

Very close to the port and the main beach and restaurants. The room was very clean and the owners changed our towels/sheets very often. Everyone was super nice and friendly

Amazing view, great location, clean and comfy

We were two people but booked the studio for three, which included one queen bed and one twin bed. The room was simple and functional, with a small kitchen equipped with electric two-burner stovetop, a mini fridge, basic cookware, dishes, a water kettle, and a panini press. The bathroom had a small shower with great water pressure, a basic hairdryer, shampoo, body soap, and towels. We had a balcony with a limited view, as the room was on the first floor. The room was cleaned daily, which we really appreciated.
Maria and Ali are AMAZING, they were always available and helpful with any questions or requests.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, the port, restaurants, bakeries, minimarket, cafés, and shops.

Amazing location, the hotel staff were very friendly, and we got a wonderful seaside view! They changed the sheets and towels everyday and kept the floors clean, which was nice since we were always sandy from the beach (which was just a few meters away).

We stayed here for 5 nights and I think we were really lucky to find this accommodation. The location is amazing, with stunning sea views and a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment was bigger than expected, with a very well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. The bed was really comfortable and everything was clean.

There are free parking spots available, including space for bikes. You can reach the tourist area and mini markets within a couple of minutes on foot.

I'd like to give a shout-out to Mapia, who was lovely and helpful from the very beginning. I hope I'll have the chance to come back soon.

Our apartment was spotlessly clean, thanks to Maria, who was also always cheerful, friendly and helpful. The shower pressure and temperature control were excellent. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had most everything we needed to prepare our own meals. Terrace with table and chairs was well shaded. Location was very central - easy walk to beach, ferry, shops, etc.

The rooms were very clean, great location, lovely staff. Good water pressure in shower and even a little kitchenette! Lovely view from the balcony.

Very nice place with sea views. I really enjoyed the balcony. Bed was big and comfy. Centrally located in Skala, close to ferry, shops, restaurants,… Kitchenette was enough and useful for me.
Maria made me feel at home and it was a joy to chat with her, she is the sweetest!

Simple, clean, well located, nice and new

Maria is lovely, the location very good, amazing value for money.

The Yialos Studios is a 5 minute walk from the Port of Skala. Set back from the road in a quiet location but close to all the restaurants and shops and close to the sea. The sea is clean, clear turquoise. Irresistible!
The studio is spacious with a separate large kitchenette. We sat for many hours on the spacious balcony looking at the sea view and taking in the peace and quiet. It was truly relaxing.

The location, the cleanliness of the studio, the staff was amazing and very welcoming. Also the space was big and cozy, the kitchennete is always a nice add when you stay for more than 3-4 days. Also reception was open to store our bags until we took the ferry.

The location was perfect, so close to the port of arrival. The lady who greeted me couldn't have been nicer, thanks Maria for making me feel so welcome and at home! The place was so clean and the bed was really comfortable, really good value for money! Would definitely stay here again! :)

The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable! It is located in the heart of Scala and there is also space for parking! Moreover, the stuff is very friendly and polite!

We loved everything about it. Very clean, spacious, modern and comfortable room, it included a kitchenette with utilities, balcony with sea view, balcony with mountain view, walk in shower, 5 mins walk to port, beach, bakery, shops. Friendly staff attended to our needs. Would definitely stay here again!
